Life goes on.
It has gotten much worse in China, for example. As I walked yesterday, I tried to imagine the buildings in rubble, or thousands dead. It is beyond imaging. I take comfort for granted, not to mention safety, and waking up each morning.
Life is very very strange. My Etsy team plans a sale next month. I need to make inventory. Meanwhile my friend's family comes to town, to plan a double funeral and close their parents' home.
I am reading Annie Dillard again, Pilgrim at Tinker's Creek. She makes more sense to me than usual now.

Linda,
I just noticed your new "header" -- can no longer remember how it used to look but am pretty sure it's different. Nice!
