Lowell Fiber Studio has openings for  new members.  We are artists who work with fiber in a wide variety of techniques and styles.  Our studio - #512 - is one of the largest studios in Western Avenue Studios, a restored mill complex at 122 Western Avenue, Lowell. Western Avenue Studios houses over 250 artists  and as well as meeting spaces and the Loading Dock Gallery , an artist-run gallery.

 As a member, your monthly fees will not exceed $200/month. 
Membership entitles you to:




Studio access 24/7
Shared use of 860 sq.ft. studio
16-foot canvas covered table
Sewing machine
 Ironing and cutting center
Use of dye and printing equipment
Access to Thermofax machine
 2 -  12-foot design walls
Close proximity to utility sinks
Huge windows for natural light
Individual shelves and ample shared storage
Optional private work station 
Weekly gathering for crit and company
Monthly opportunities to display and sell your work

I wish it could be me again. I miss all my Lowell Fiber Studio artists, and when I think back over the years how we've all changed from our original 8 members.
